New installs now start with the Alpha Tester Terms and the responsible-use guide, before the setup wizard will proceed. It's one checkbox and it's written in plain language, because the point isn't legal cover, it's setting honest expectations: this is pre-release software, a camera system is a privacy tool with real responsibilities, and you should know both before the first camera comes online.
