The desktop client now ships an on-video PTZ panel. Every ONVIF control (d-pad, arrows, zoom, home, focus near/far/AF, iris, presets) is a button you can drop anywhere on the live tile of a PTZ camera.
What it does
- Click ✎ Panel on a PTZ camera tile to enter edit mode
- Drag any control onto the video, resize it, snap-align it to the grid
- Rename presets in place
- Layouts persist per camera, on this desktop client
Why
Pan-tilt-zoom is a tactile control. Stuffing it in a sidebar means your eyes leave the video. Painting the d-pad onto the corner of the tile keeps your attention where the action is, which is the whole point of an operator UI.
What came before
The predecessor was a per-camera on-video focus and iris grid (commit 3096472). This release generalizes that into a full control panel.
